  Items to check when application service is not responding

  * OS status
    * disk
    * cpu
    * memory

  * Check catalina.out is **not** created in logs folder
    * Add ''export CATALINA_OUT=/dev/null'' in setenv.sh file if it is the case

  * Check if java is installed
    * java -version

  * check if services are running
    * MySQL
    * Victoria
    * Cockpit

  * check setenv.sh
    * Check ports and memory
    * Careful when changing this file, special character might be added, preventing the service to start
