If a login attempt on Pro.Monitor application fails ("Authentication failed" message is displayed), check the following : 
  * Make sure you are attempting to log in **using the credentials you have entered during Pro.Monitor installation** (Super Administrator username and password) 
  * Notice that both **username and password are case sensitive**
