Real-Time Data Acquisition Monitor

Purpose

Monitors real time data acquisition errors of your BW system

Create a new rule and configure the RDA error monitoring
Set the threshold to a non 0 value if you want to get alerted when a given number of errors happen in the period
You can filter on a specific category of errors

Parameter	Description
Active	To enable/disable a rule
Category	A filter on the category of error
Threshold	The maximum number of errors
Severity	The severity of the alert sent if a threshold is breached.
Period	The time period to look for errors, in minutes
Auto clear	If checked, the alarm will be cleared as soon as the alarm condition is not met anymore
Alarm tag	This field allows to add custom text within the alarm message. %MSG% variable will containthe actual generated message and can be used such as: “my_prefix %MSG% my_suffix”. By default, tagwill be used as prefix.
Alarm	To enable alarm sending
Metric	To enable metric sending
Report	If checked, this line of surveillance will used for showing threshold and severity in the daily report, in case that is available.
