Collector profiles
A collector profile is a named configuration template that centralises all collector settings in one place. Instead of configuring each collector individually, you define a profile once and apply it to as many collectors as needed.
Managing profiles
- Use the Create button to define a new profile (name and description required).
- Use the Edit option in the row menu to modify an existing profile.
- Use the Assign option in the row menu to apply a profile to one or several collectors.
- Use Delete to permanently remove a profile. Collectors that were using it will retain their last applied settings.
Note: Editing a profile does not automatically update the collectors using it. You must re-assign the profile after saving changes.
