Settings
This page allows tenant users to define global settings for the application
SMTP
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Use custom SMTP settings | If enabled, it will use the below settings. Use server settings otherwise |
| SMTP server | the hostname of the SMTP server |
| SMTP port | The of the SMTP service |
| Sender | The From address to use |
| Use secured SMTP | Use SSL to secure SMTP |
| Authentication | If enabled, will use below credentials to authenticate the connection |
| SMTP User & Password | The credentials of the SMTP user |
Data retention
| Parameter | Description |

| Remove old alarms | Enables old alarms removal based on selected period |
| Remove old alarms events | Enables old alarm events removal based on selected period |
| Remove old reports | Enables old reports removal based on selected period |
| Remove metadata | Define maximum age of metadata before removal |
| Remove monitor test results | Define maximum age of monitor tests results |
Global alarm settings
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Cockpit alarm tags | Defines tags to add to alarms generated by the cockpit (plugins, etc…) |
| Plugins autoclear timeout | A plugin alarm will be automatically cleared after the specified time if it stops from happening |
Reports settings
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Send reports by email | If active, SMTP settings will be used to send reports by email |
| Max send retry | Defines how much times the the application will retry sending in case of failure |
Redpeaks hub
- The redpeaks hub allows the application to download content such as licenses, updates, templates, dashboards, etc…
- You need to contact support@redpeaks.io to obtain an API key, then register it here.

Dashboards

Collectors
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Assign mode | Defines the assignment algorithm when several groups are assigned to several collectors |
| Available options: | |
| No Grouping | The application will try to dispatch groups in order to have an even distribution of systems across all collectors |
| Group by organization | The application will ensure that group belonging to the same organization are assigned to the same collector. This is only effective when all groups of the same organizations are assigned to the same set of collectors |
